Hair Shine may be new, but this is far from my first time behind the chair.

After many years working in larger, more structured salon environments, I decided it was time to create something a little different—something smaller, more personal, and, quite happily, much more my own.

Hair Shine gives me the freedom to focus on what I’ve always enjoyed most about this work: getting to know my clients, paying attention to the little details, and making sure the person in my chair feels comfortable, listened to, and genuinely happy when they leave. Great hair is important, of course—but so is enjoying the time you spend getting it.

As a new independent business, Hair Shine will grow the old-fashioned way: one happy client telling another. No giant marketing machine here—just good hair, good conversation, and hopefully a few very nice things being said about me around town. So if you enjoy your visit, please spread the word. I’d love for Hair Shine to become one of those little local places people are genuinely happy they discovered.

Hair Shine also gives me the chance to share another creative part of my life: my photography and original artwork, adding a little extra character to the walls—and perhaps something unexpected to discover during your visit.

And with gift-giving season just around the corner, you may even come across something that feels just right for someone special—or, in the time-honored tradition of shopping for others, something you suddenly decide would look much better in your own home.
